Xenia ‘by Kynder’ you say? Who’s Kynder?

Kynder is a travel collection of eco + fair hospitality establishments around the world. Think of it like Airbnb but with handpicked restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, ice cream and sweet shops, in addition to accommodation. Many purpose-driven, social enterprises in their own right. Changemaking hospitality is our thing—we believe that hospitality is a powerful force for good in the world. You can check out Kynder here.

When will the first edition of Xenia be published?

We have just published our first print edition, August 2018.


What happens when a print edition sells out?

We may re-stock the edition but it’s not guaranteed.

 

What countries do you ship to?

On our website we ship to the US and EU. If your country of delivery is elsewhere in the world, please email us at xeniamagazine@kynder.net and we will help you with your order.

 

Will there be additional duties, customs or fees?

You may incur customs duties and/or fees, and payment for this would be your responsibility.

 

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not just yet! Please sign up to receive our Xen email newsletter and we'll let you know when subscriptions become available.


Is your magazine sold in stores? How can we stock your magazine in our store?

Not yet, but we do welcome inquiries from stockists for future editions. Please contact us at xeniamagazine@kynder.net.

 

How long will it take to receive my copies of Xenia?

Orders will be shipped from California for US orders or Italy for EU orders. Our delivery times are expected to be between 3 to 10 business days in the US and Europe, and between two to four weeks for the rest of the world. We cannot be responsible for missing packages, if you do not receive your order please contact us at xeniamagazine@kynder.net and we will try to assist you.

How can I access special offers from your featured advertisers/hospitality & travel companies?

Please sign up for our email newsletter and we’ll email you a secret password to access our SPECIAL OFFERS page.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns nor offer refunds after purchase is made. In the event that merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping we will replace the item(s). Please email us at xeniamagazine@kynder.net to report your damaged merchandise with photographs of the damage and we will determine your replacement. Replacement delivery time may vary.

Please be very careful about entering the correct shipping address. We cannot be responsible for shipments or associated fees if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. If you need to correct the shipping address after your order has been submitted to our shipping company for shipment, we will be required to bill you for the cost of re-shipping (plus the returned package fee and any customs or duty fees we may incur). We will re-ship your item(s) after the incorrectly shipped merchandise is returned to us.
